How it Works

As a sending agency, CVM places veterinary professionals with like-minded partners that have similar values and doctrinal beliefs and a vision to see communities and lives transformed through Jesus Christ. Each veterinary professional is placed under the management of a local partner where they can use their skills to serve and reach others through a variety of veterinary ministry models.

Quote_Icon.png "After knowing God was calling me to Long-term mission service, I spoke to representatives from a dozen different mission organizations and discovered CVM was perfect not just because they focused on my specific profession, but they also had the most well-rounded package. Some mission organizations have great training programs but offer no provisions for necessitites like medical insurance when you are on the field. Other organizations focus on a specific world region or people group, limiting where God may be calling the individual. CVM staff members tailored my training specifically for my needs and were patient as I sought the Lord's leading on where He wanted me to serve. Each staff member is extremely helpful and encouraging in a process that could easily have become overwhelming. I am honored to call them my co-laborers in Christ and I'm impressed that prayer is truly at the foundation of everything they do." - Emily Arndt, CVT serving in Uganda
