Dr. John Day
Dr. Day (UCD ’87) received his MPVM in 1991 after pursuing a residency in dairy production medicine at Davis. John and his wife, Dr. Laurie, have lived in Jerome, ID since 1990, where they are owners/practitioners in Dairy Health Services/MPS (an all-dairy practice with milk quality lab and small retail business.) John and his wife have participated in several CVM’s Shortcourses, and served together on numerous short-term trips including Mongolia, India, Dominican Republic, and Nepal. John served on the Board for CVM and has a passion for helping people to be better stewards of God’s resources. He is also very active in his local church, and now that their three grown children; Austin (25), Kay Lee (21), and Annabelle (19) have been kicked out of the nest, John and Laurie are looking forward to seeing where God leads in this new chapter in their lives.
